What we do with your data

If you request a free sample we keep your email and shop link only to send you that sample and to answer you. We do not sell your data or add you to a newsletter without asking. Paid plans are not open yet; when they open, payments will be handled by a payment provider under its own policy.

To run the service we use these providers, who process data on our behalf: Formspree (receives the sample request form), Cloudflare (hosts the site), and the AI services that turn your photos into clips and photos (fal.ai and Higgsfield). Some of them are based outside the EU, under the safeguards their terms provide.

Photos you send are used only to make your clips and are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

About the videos

Clips are generated with artificial intelligence from the photo you send. If a clip is off, we regenerate it free. They are marketing content and may be labelled as AI-generated where the platform or the law requires it. You own the clips you pay for and can use them commercially.

Refunds

If a clip does not show your product correctly we redo it once for free. If you are still not happy, write to us within 14 days and we refund that order.
